What is the difference between the Self-Managed Listing and Fully Managed?

The Self-Managed Listing Service is an advertising service. Your property is advertised on Golf Event Stays and enquiries are sent directly to you. You handle all guest communication, agreements and payments. No booking commission applies.

Fully Managed is an optional service available for all four supported golf events. In addition to your listing, we handle incoming enquiries, initial guest communication, guest qualification, booking-detail coordination, rental agreement coordination and deposit/payment-schedule coordination. You still approve your own guests and receive rental payments directly.

How much does the Fully Managed service cost?

Fully Managed has no upfront fee, activation fee or deposit. If Golf Event Stays secures and confirms a booking, the service fee is 15% of the final agreed accommodation rental value, invoiced once the booking is confirmed.

How is the 15% success fee calculated?

The 15% success fee applies only to the final agreed accommodation rental value. For example, on a confirmed €20,000 rental booking the fee is €3,000. Nothing is payable unless a booking is secured and confirmed. The same principle applies for every event in its own currency.

Each supplier has its own pricing and terms, which are confirmed separately before anything is arranged. The guest pays the transport provider directly and the homeowner pays the cleaning provider directly. Golf Event Stays does not hold or process supplier payments, does not operate transport vehicles and does not perform cleaning work. Contact details are shared with a supplier only with permission and only where needed to arrange the requested service.
