Which events can use the Fully Managed service?

All four supported events: Ryder Cup Ireland 2027 at Adare Manor, The Open Championship 2027 at St Andrews, the U.S. Open 2027 at Pebble Beach and Ryder Cup USA 2029 at Hazeltine National.

How much does it cost?

There is no upfront fee, activation fee or deposit. A 15% success fee applies, calculated only on the final agreed accommodation rental value, and it only becomes payable when a booking is secured and confirmed.

Who approves the booking?

The homeowner. Golf Event Stays presents proposed booking terms, and nothing is confirmed until the homeowner approves the guest, the rental price and the dates.

Who receives the rental payment?

The homeowner is paid directly by the guest. Golf Event Stays does not hold or process rental payments.

Who provides the accommodation contract?

Golf Event Stays provides a short-term accommodation contract prepared for the jurisdiction of the event and coordinates signing. The contract is between the homeowner and the guest.

Are transport and cleaning included?

They are optional and arranged through independent third-party providers under separate pricing and terms. Those charges are paid directly to the supplier and are not part of the 15% success fee.
