Homeowners can choose a Self-Managed Listing or our Fully Managed service, where available. Fully Managed is offered for Ryder Cup Ireland 2027, The Open Championship 2027, the U.S. Open 2027 and Ryder Cup USA 2029. The homeowner always retains final approval of the guest, rental price and booking.

Self-Managed Listing
Enquiries are sent directly to you. You manage guest communication, price negotiation, the accommodation agreement and booking arrangements. Available for every listed event. No booking commission.
Fully Managed
Golf Event Stays handles incoming enquiries, communicates with prospective guests, negotiates the proposed rental price and booking terms, provides the short-term accommodation contract and coordinates the booking process. Golf Event Stays can also coordinate optional transport and professional cleaning through independent third-party providers. You approve the guest, rental price and final booking, and receive accommodation payments directly. Available for Ryder Cup Ireland 2027, The Open Championship 2027, the U.S. Open 2027 and Ryder Cup USA 2029: a one-time listing fee that is refunded when we successfully secure a rental, plus a 15% success commission when a booking is secured and confirmed.
Transport and cleaning are optional and provided by independent third-party suppliers. Availability, pricing and terms are confirmed separately. The guest pays the transport provider directly and the homeowner pays the cleaning provider directly. These charges are not included in the 15% success-fee calculation, which applies only to the final accommodation rental value. Golf Event Stays does not hold or process supplier payments.
Golf Event Stays is a specialist accommodation marketplace for major golf events. We do not own, operate, maintain or physically supervise listed properties. Homeowners can manage bookings themselves or select the Fully Managed service, which is available for Ryder Cup Ireland 2027, The Open Championship 2027, the U.S. Open 2027 and Ryder Cup USA 2029. The homeowner retains final approval and remains responsible for the property.
