Approximately 18 miles (29 km) by road from the Old Course at St Andrews, normally around 30 minutes' drive outside Championship traffic. This is an excellent base for a group of up to six looking to combine tournament golf with the East Neuk of Fife coast. The bright open-plan lounge includes comfortable seating, TV and dining space. The fitted kitchen has a cooker, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Gas central heating is fitted. Sleeping configuration: one double bedroom; one twin bedroom with two single beds; and a pull-out sofa bed in the living area, sleeping up to six in total.
