The stay is designed as a complete golf and dining experience rather than simply accommodation. A standout feature is the food experience provided by a Michelin Star trained chef. Guests begin each day with a local Irish breakfast. Breakfast examples from the owner include grilled pork sausage and bacon, black and white pudding, hash browns, eggs cooked to preference, homemade brown treacle bread, toasted sourdough or bagels, fresh orange juice, fresh fruit salad, tea and coffee. Each evening includes a cookery demonstration or class followed by a gourmet three course dinner. The owner's package also states that wine, beers and spirits are included with dinner.
